What We Do

We envision inclusive, revitalized, and sustainable communities built through multiracial working class organizing and leadership development at the local and state level to create opportunities for all people to thrive. We will do this by:

Fighting Corporate Power

We are more than cogs in a corporate machine. We deserve better than low wages, polluted communities, and corporate-owned politicians. We’re taking on corporate power throughout the state to take back our communities.

Developing Small Town and Rural Leaders

We train leaders to develop powerful public lives with an emphasis on the working class, people of color, LGBTQ+ folks, and women. Our leaders participate in continuous training and political education to understand the root causes of injustice and effectively organize in their local communities and hold powerful decision makers accountable.

Transforming Politics for Our Movement

We’re building a new kind of politics for our movement. That means recruiting and training the next generation of elected officials. These aren’t career politicians, but people who come from and understand the small towns and rural communities they will serve, whether its on the town council or at the statehouse.
